Our store is preparing for its first release. This page explains what is confirmed and what will be finalised before any purchase can be made.
Shipping
EU delivery is planned, especially to Scandinavia, Benelux and Germany. Confirmed destinations, shipping rates, delivery estimates and fulfilment details will be shown before checkout opens.
Returns
For online purchases in the EU, consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from a purchase. The final return process and address will be published before orders open.
Standard return postage is expected to be paid by the customer; we expect to cover shipping when an item is faulty or incorrect. These operational details remain subject to final review and will be clearly stated at checkout. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Legal guarantee
EU consumer rules provide a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not match their description. This is a legal right, not an extra brand warranty.
